Signatica creates custom digital design work. Because production begins after payment confirmation, completed and in-progress custom work is generally not refundable once design work has started.
If an order has not entered production, you may request cancellation and refund review. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by PayPal.
Revisions included in your package are the primary remedy for style, layout, or refinement concerns. Extra Fast Delivery and other add-ons may be non-refundable once the related work has started.
If there is a delivery issue, duplicate charge, or payment error, contact Signatica with your order number so we can review and resolve the case.
